01 · FIRST IMPRESSION

Onboarding — eight minutes, three questions, calm tone.

The product earns its position in the first eight minutes. Splash sets the tone with restraint. Onboarding asks just enough to personalize without interrogating. Voice: a friend who happens to be an HR lawyer.

02 · WHEN THE USER IS IN SHOCK

Calm mode — the first three days are not productive days.

Days 1–3 are structurally different from Day 4 onward. The home screen narrows to a single quiet card. Empty space is the design. The product holds the user back from regrettable decisions.

03 · MONEY, HEALTH, GRACEFUL EXIT

The runway tile, the COBRA decision, and Day 30.

Three of the most-loved screens in usability testing. Runway is one number, never a chart. COBRA is ranked by *your* providers and prescriptions. Day 30 is honest, not celebratory — a graceful exit instead of a high-five.
